Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions

The Graceful Goat Farm offers monthly subscription boxes in two tiers: Tier One ($35/month) and Tier Two ($65/month), plus shipping & handling.

Subscriptions bill automatically on the 1st of each month, one month in advance. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

To cancel or skip a box, you must submit your cancellation before the 1st of the prior month via your customer account. For example, to cancel your October box, cancel before September 1st. Cancellations after billing has processed are not eligible for a refund, as your box will already be in preparation.

Boxes ship during the last week of each month for delivery in the first week of the following month. Box contents vary monthly and are non-exchangeable.
