Billing & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions bill on the 1st of each month, one month in advance. To cancel or skip your next box, cancellations must be submitted before the 1st of the prior month. For example, to cancel your October box, you must cancel before September 1st.

Boxes are shipped during the last week of each month for delivery in the first week of the following month. Cancellations made after billing has processed will not be eligible for a refund, as your box will already be in preparation.
